It's easy to spend your whole life around bands, music, stages and studios on one side of the window. Stained Glass Audio was founded with the idea of bringing both sides together, in this case the studio and the band. I've been playing and recording others for two decades, give or take, and ran into all your typical challenges along the way. As someone who grew up on metal and rock 'n' roll from the '70s and '80s and dove headfirst into the underground, there was often a disconnect between how I wanted my music to sound and the sound recording engineers were chasing. Stained Glass Audio is here to fix that and help bands achieve their own vision of sounds from the underground. We're not afraid of saturation, dirt, reverb... you name it. Coupled with years of studio experience means we're not afraid to go raw, but know how to keep the riffs audible without destroying your music with unwanted artifacts, trash can snare sounds or other amateur audio mistakes. Stained Glass Audio is for people with a fanatical passion for music who obsess over their favorite vinyl, CDs and cassettes, and want nothing less for their own band. Zero recording industry trends, zero compromise.

Anything that lends itself to a living, breathing production works - computerized, fake and sterile music does not. My credits run the gamut from death and black metal to prog rock and pyschedelia. I'm keen to explore, so hit me with what you've got and we'll go from there.
